Designed by II BY IV Design and developed by Devron Developments, the showroom was created to reflect the level of craftsmanship and design quality that defines the residential project.

The space features elegant kitchen and bathroom installations using Calacatta Apuano marble slabs, whose cool white background and soft grey veining bring brightness and refinement to the interiors. Paired with custom white cabinetry by Irpinia Kitchens, the stone surfaces were fabricated and installed to highlight the natural movement of the marble while maintaining precise detailing and seamless integration throughout the showroom.

The result is a refined, welcoming environment that showcases the materials and finishes future residents can expect throughout the development.
